Here's how to set up for a virtual sound bath at home:

1. Find a comfortable and quiet spot where you can lie down or sit with your back supported. You can use a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, or anything that makes you feel cosy and relaxed.

2. Choose a device to stream the sound bath, such as a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone. Make sure it is fully charged or plugged in, and that you have a stable internet connection. Check that you zoom account is updated.

3. Connect your device to a speaker or headphones for the best sound quality. You can also use the built-in speakers of your device, but they may not be as loud or clear as external ones.

4. Find a live virtual sound bath session on CoreStateHQ that suits your preferences and schedule. You can also choose a Sound bath from the CoreState virtual Sound Healing membership. You can find a collection of sound baths from 10 to 75 minutes in length from sound baths for stress and anxiety to Full moon sound bath recordings.

5. Set the mood for your virtual sound bath by dimming the lights, lighting some candles, or using aromatherapy oils. I adore ground wellbeing oils and my favourite is the Ground Wellbeing Balancing CBD Balm. You can also wear comfortable clothes, grab an eye pillow and have a journal nearby.

6. Start the virtual sound bath session by tuning into Audreys guidance and breathwork prompts and enjoy the soothing sounds of the crystal alchemy bowls and ocean drum. You can close your eyes, focus on your breathing and journey into the meditation during the session. Try to stay present and let go of any thoughts or worries that may arise.

7. After the virtual sound bath session, take some time to gently stretch your body, drink some water, and journal your experience. You can also share your feedback with the sound healer or the online community if you wish.
